We drove up into the hills this morning and learned about the olive harvest, ready for when we tackle our own olives in the next couple of weeks or so! In our area, it’s not a great year for them – because of the poor spring weather – but that’s a bit of a relief because it’s our first year and we’ve got 70 trees to tackle!
