Yesterday we visited Isola Maggiore, one of the three islands on Lake Trasimeno. I used to go there every holiday, but haven’t been for years… I love the walk up to the little church, the lace museum, lunch at the restaurant, and the boat trip itself – perfect for a hot, lazy September day!
